Bright Star Grant Consultants will either perform the following services or coach your team so your investment in the community will make a significant impact.     Grantmaking
  • Facilitate the process for your foundation to focus and refine your standards, ethics, and grantmaking practices
  • Organize your grant making structure and process
  • Review and score Letters of Inquiry or full proposals
  • Develop the Request for Proposal
  • Facilitate the criteria determination, scoring, review of proposals, and selection of grantees
  • Develop a contract with the grantee, including the oversight process, budget control, site visits, reports, and project evaluation

  • Develop grantmaking Policy and Guidelines
  • Strategic planning that includes the process to review and evaluate operations, procedures, and grantmaking processes
  • Establish a clear, logical, and consistent grant making components including process, cycle, and documents
