Grantmaking
- Facilitate the process for your foundation to
focus and refine your standards, ethics, and grantmaking practices
- Organize your grant making structure and process
- Review and score Letters of Inquiry or full
proposals
- Develop the Request for Proposal
- Facilitate the criteria determination, scoring,
review of proposals, and selection of grantees
- Develop a contract with the grantee, including
the oversight process, budget control, site visits, reports, and project

Renee Bourque's Introduction to grants class and workshop series was a great
