COACHING
The Bright Star team has the diverse expertise needed to coach your
executive, staff, and volunteers to the successful achievement of your
organization’s goals. We believe that guiding people to their success
increases long term capacity and a buy-in attitude that positively affects
co-workers and programs.

your grant team as they develop projects and grant proposals.

follow-up support to participants in our workshops or on site training so
that information becomes implementation. It can be done in person, via
e-mail, or on the phone.

I met
